| Recruiting Human Resources is a more complex process, and it is not compatible
with non specialised approaches.
GESERFOR offers you a complete service that goes beyond the usual recruiting
and selection of personnel.
Our methods are divided in four stages:
1 -Meeting with the client to establish criteria:
Analyses of the profile necessary to perform
the task, and then building up a Profession File
Identification of the information sources for
research.
Publishing of advertisements, handling incoming
replies and analyses of the applications.
2 - Pre-selection of the possible applications:
Individual interviews for the pre-selected candidates.
Psychological tests to evaluate the candidates:
general intelligence, intellectual factors, personality, sensory and physical
fitness, performance in group tests, etc.
Special tests to evaluate the specific knowledge
necessary for the task (foreign languages, computers, etc..)
3 - Presentation of a report and its conclusions:
Selection and justified presentation of up to
three candidates for the task.
4 - During the adaptation period, we accompany the
chosen candidate.
During the first three months, Geserfor will follow the candidate' integration
in the firm; and if, by some obvious reason we detect any problem of adaptation
in this process; we will provide, within that period, a new applicant at no
additional cost, unless extra costs of publicity are involved. |
